What we collect

When you ask for a quote, send us a message or chat with us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email, pick-up and drop-off suburbs, moving date, what you're moving and any notes you add.

Why we collect it

Only to give you a quote, organise your move and keep in touch with you about it. That's it — no spam, no newsletters you didn't ask for.

Who sees it

Just the Roomovers team. We never sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.

To run things we use a few trusted services — Google (email), WhatsApp and our website host — and they only handle your details to provide those services.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it for your move and our normal business records (like invoices). After that, we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, fix anything that's wrong, or ask us to delete them — anytime. Just give us a call or send us a message.

Cookies & tracking

Our website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. If that ever changes (for example, if we add website analytics), we'll update this page.
